  Our website has a variety of clothing for all genders including multiple ages. You can order or make enquiries of products through our email (zaviafashion@hotmail.com) or by ringing (00923035365656) using the given payment methods, however if you have a specific design/style in mind you can always drop by to our factory where our staff will discuss what they can do to fulfil your needs. Note that the majority of our products are sold in bulk only. 



 

Payment & Shipping

  Please note that we only accept cash, cheques or an online banking deposit.
In Pakistan, we can arrange a delivery method for you to get your items delivered to you personally, these are usually dispatched within 3 three days of ordering due to ongoing operations. To arrange your delivery, please inform our staff so they can arrange it for you with ease. Note that extra charges may incur for shipping reasons. Customers with collection orders are usually contacted to let them know that their product is ready for pick-up.

  Once you have all your paper-based design or mind set for ordering you can send your sample by post, drop by our factory to discuses further procedure or call us and speak to our staff who are glad to help. We keep your samples and designs secure in our database system for peace of mind as well as full privacy and confidentiality for theft reasons . Once we have your order ready to go, we will contact you as soon as possible. Payment is fairly simple and can be done through online bank transfer or cash. Deposit may be taken on larger orders for customer peace of mind and payment can be made at the end of the transaction. Returns & Refunds

  All our customer have a right for a full refund if the item does not follow the design, does not follow the description of the product or if the product is a defect. Please bring the receipt with you as well as the product and original packaging. Orders over 2 weeks old are not valid to a refund. Please feel free contact our company for more information on refunds and returns on your product.
